1. Acceptance
By signing in and using calendarm (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description
calendarm is a personal, non-commercial Google Calendar helper developed by Dongweon Shin. It uses the Google Calendar API on your behalf and only after your explicit OAuth consent.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have a valid Google Account and comply with Google's terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the calendar changes you make through the App.
- You must not use the App to violate any law or another person's rights.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a personal project and may be modified, paused, or shut down at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dongweon Shin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost or altered calendar events.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and revoke its access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may terminate or restrict access at our discretion.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
